Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item(s) are incorrect or damaged. If you receive your order and are not happy with it for any reason, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to work with you to reach a resolution.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at email@example.com within 30 days of the delivery date to discuss next steps. Please keep the item(s) as well the internal and external packaging to verify the damage and use for insurance purposes (if applicable).
If you received incorrect item(s), please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement on incorrect item(s), the item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Once I have received the returned item(s), I will send you an email to notify you. If you have returned an incorrect item, I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear once it has been issued.
Because of the nature of digital products, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you are returning or exchanging an incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once we have approved your return. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
