Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item(s) are incorrect or damaged. If you receive your order and are not happy with it for any reason, please email me at jessica@littlefolkprintables.com and I would be happy to work with you to reach a resolution.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at jessica@littlefolkprintables.com within 30 days of the delivery date to discuss next steps. Please keep the item(s) as well the internal and external packaging to verify the damage and use for insurance purposes (if applicable).

Incorrect Items

If you received incorrect item(s), please contact me at jessica@littlefolkprintables.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement on incorrect item(s), the item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

On Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order and your item(s) have not yet been shipped, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. 

On Returned Items

Once I have received the returned item(s), I will send you an email to notify you. If you have returned an incorrect item, I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item(s). 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear once it has been issued.

On Digital Products

Because of the nature of digital products, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you have not received a refund on returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of the refund being issued, please be sure to do the following:
  • Check your bank account again. 
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds unless the item(s) are incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges and Replacements (if applicable) 
Only incorrect or damaged items are eligible for exchange or replacement. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please send me an email at jessica@littlefolkprintables.com within 30 days of the delivery date to discuss next steps.

If you are returning or exchanging an incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once we have approved your return. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
